STEAM BATH
The steam bath is a mild wellness experience in which mind and body take a bath together. At about 45 degrees and 100% humidity, the cardiovascular system is stimulated, the skin is pampered, the respiratory tract is cleared and the muscles are relaxed.

SAUNA (Finnish and bio sauna)
Relax your body and mind in our sauna
At a temperature of 70 to 100 degrees Celsius and humidity of about two to five percent, you will experience the Finnish tradition in the fully wooden room. Taking a sauna strengthens the immune system, boosts the metabolism, helps the skin purify, supports muscle regeneration and relaxes the mind.
Our sauna is equipped with a combined function for bio-sauna.
In bio-sauna, the sauna effect is caused by a mixture of the worlds of Finnish sauna and steam bath. A slightly higher temperature of 60 degrees with a slightly higher humidity of 50-60% invite you to sweat gently.

Whether a cold shower (surge shower) after sauna or a refreshing and soothing shower (rain shower) after steam bath, our spacious shower cabin is waiting for you.
